CRC provides Offsite Storage Services for critical IT Systems backup media tapes, which are essential for the speedy, efficient and effective recovery of data.

With MS ISO 9001:2000 certification since January 2003, CRC's services continue to maintain and sustain conformity with the required global standards expected by our customers.

It is essential that organisations need to backup their data to ensure the critical data are available when the need arises. Whenever a disaster strikes the main physical location like fire, flood, storms, earthquake, vandalism, sabotage, epidemics, environmental quarantines or even major system hardware and software problems, the backup tapes a the physical locations will then be rendered useless. By storing the critical backup media in an Offsite storage location at CRC, we offer organisations peace of mind to be able to recover their data.

Our Offsite Storage and Escrow Services offered include :

Storage Space / Box Rental

CRC provides storage space services for its Customers to store their media in CRC's Media Vault. The media are kept in storage rooms / boxes that are secured and monitored by CRC's authorised personnel.

Inventories of the media storage are monitored properly to ensure the secured and accurate records of the media.

Transportation

CRC provides transportation services for the delivery and pickup of media tapes from/to Customer's office on a 24 x 7 basis. Our uniformed personnel ensures prompt and timely delivery of the media tapes which are transported in secured boxes using air-conditioned vehicles.

Escrow

CRC provides Escrow storage to enable Customers to store source-codes, print-outs and documents in storage cabinets until required. Regular testing facilities can be arranged, if needed.
